BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As an Associate Billing Solutions Analyst, you'll participate in the design, configuration, reporting, and maintenance of back office applications supporting the Spectrum mobile product. These mobile back office applications support devices, accessories, offers, promotions, business parameters, billing data queries, billing data controls/inspections, non-bill validations, and mass changes. The scope of the mobile back office applications includes the Mobile biller, along with a number of custom developed and vendor tools.

- Configuring, validating, and documenting changes to the Ordering/Billing systems.
- Collaborating in business brooming to translate high-level business requirements into functional objectives and ultimately configuration/development objectives.
- Gaining an understanding of business processes, functions, and procedures to assist with determining the most effective technology solution
- Performing queries on relevant databases and interpreting and analyzing data to support solutions
- Ensuring full compliance of all audit requirements.
- Working cooperatively with other department resources to accomplish objectives.
On a typical day you'll work with a team to deliver all business requests with quality by the target completion date.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Billing/Ordering system design and configuration: 0-2 years; Database reporting tools, SQL: 0-2 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills: Basic knowledge of systems used by mobile telecommunications industries providers to support billing and customer service; Proficient in Microsoft desktop products including Word, Excel, Power Point
- Abilities: Analyze and interpret data; Communicate with all levels of management and personnel; Handle multiple projects and tasks; Maintain confidentiality; Make decisions and solve problems under pressure; Show judgement and initiative
- Working conditions: Office environment; Able to work extended hours
