Position Overview

Join our dynamic marketing team as a Digital Marketing Associate and play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing initiatives for Core Spaces properties. This role offers the opportunity to optimize paid campaigns, enhance digital content, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to boost brand awareness and lead generation.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other strategic partners, to drive lead generation and awareness for Core Spaces properties.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Audit and update content on key digital channels, including Google My Business, social media handles, community websites, and the Core Spaces website, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and content specialists to optimize ad assets for performance and brand alignment.
  • Maintain and update property websites in partnership with external agencies, ensuring content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance.
  • Conduct competitive research to stay informed about industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to digital marketing.
  • Partner with property-level teams to align digital marketing strategies with local leasing and resident engagement goals.
  • Assist with social media strategy and content creation as needed.
  • Generate detailed reporting and analytics for both paid digital campaigns and organic social media efforts, providing insights to guide strategy and optimize performance.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Ideally, you'll have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; real estate marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker).
  • Experience with website management platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools like ClickUp or Trello is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Agency background preferred.
     

You'll crush it if you have experience with

  • SEO strategies and implementation to optimize search rankings.
  • Managing creative campaign deliverable workflows.
  • Building dashboards in Looker and assisting with data visualization.
  • Ad reporting and flighting in Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords.
  • Updating content through Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Coordinating and supporting logistics for photoshoots.

Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually. Final salary within this range will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically ranging between 5-10% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance.
