The Content Administrator – Marketing is a key creative role responsible for producing engaging visual content and marketing assets for The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa and Mission Pacific Beach Resort. This position will focus on graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing support for the resorts’ Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and special events. The position is onsite with 1 day remote access if needed for executing creative deliverables.
The hourly rate for this position is $25.75/hr

Primary Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation
• Design and update restaurant and bar menus, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Develop creative signage for F&B outlets, including promotional materials and in-venue displays
• Create ad hoc digital ads for resort marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Ownership of signage process from inception to delivery of final product meeting production deadlines for business needs
Social Media & Digital Content
• Generate visually compelling content for social media, including posts, stories, and reels
• Adjust and edit photography for various marketing needs, including digital ads, website, and email campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging
Collaboration & Brand Consistency
• Partner with the marketing and F&B teams to develop creative solutions for on-property activations
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand standards and enhance the guest experience
• Assist with additional creative projects as needed to support the marketing strategy
Email Marketing
• Facilitation of all owned and paid 3rd partner partnership email communication
• Quality assurance of copy, visual identity and links
Operational X Marketing weekly meetings
• All food and beverage outlets
• All Recreation outlets
• Sunny’s Spa & Beauty Lounge including retail

Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related field (hospitality industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Experience in photography and basic photo editing is a plus.
- Scheduling flexibility to capture real time content for delivery on owned social channels
- Must be able to communicate professionally, both written and verbal.
