Job Profile SummaryExecute daily operational practices for the Contingent Workforce Productivity Program to include data analysis, reporting/operations, risk/compliance, education, and direction in partnership with Truist Business Units, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Human Resources, and Technology teams. Serves as a point of contact for internal teammates and external third-party workforce productivity tool provider (Sapience) ensuring an overall smooth and positive experience in the delivery of services.
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Work independently and oversee day-to-day management of data integrity, processes, policy and procedures associated with the Contingent Workforce Program and its suppliers.
2. Collaborate / coordinate with Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Human Resources, and Technology to develop, implement and provide ongoing governance for Contingent Workforce policy and procedures.
3. Identify, track, and manage Contingent Workforce Program issues, risks, and action-items collaborating with individuals and teams, while demonstrating consistent follow-through using company tools and processes.
4. Execute Contingent Workforce requests, inquiries, etc. via the Contingent Workforce Program mailbox and ad-hoc inquiries from internal teammates or external suppliers, while ensuring proper resolution in a timely manner. Lead individual projects and other contingent workforce initiatives including management of work and other teammates / contingent workers.
5. Define and implement measurable performance metrics for the Contingent Workforce Program including supplier headcount/spend, tenure, contractual terms, savings, and governance.
6. Analyze spend and identify opportunities for cost savings, contract improvements and risk mitigation.
7. Manage the Contingent Workforce Program portal content and training to provide internal clients and stakeholders with a conduit to program information and education.
8. Serve as the Service Manager for associated program supplier services ensuring ongoing monitoring is executed in compliance with Third Party Risk Management requirements.
Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree and 1-3 years of progressive experience in contingent workforce program working closely with MSP, VMS and contingent workforce suppliers
2. Experience developing, implementing and providing ongoing governance for policy and procedures
3. Experience with tracking and managing issues, risks, and action-items collaborating with others
4. Excellent operational, analytical, and organizational skills with experience managing small and large initiatives including leading others
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work independently to identify and implement business solutions
7. Solid experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
8. Strong skills working with technology applications including advanced MS Excel for data gathering and analysis and proven experience using PowerPoint in developing presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of progressive experience in F500 Contingent Workforce program working closely with MSP, VMS and contingent workforce suppliers
2. Experience with Project Management (MS Project), Workflow (MS Visio) and Risk Management tools
