Medline is looking for an Account Management Support Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing and managing relationships with existing accounts.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a book of business for existing accounts
Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
Support and work with all dedicated service managers and specialists for assigned accounts
Manage pricing and service related activities
Create and run monthly/quarterly reports as needed
Perform cross referencing activities
Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed
Education
At least 1 year of quota based sales experience
Work Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Background in commissioned, tangible product sales desired
Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business
Ability to present multiple product lines
The anticipated compensation for this position includes $75,000 in annual base salary with additional bonus opportunity up to $55,000 per year.
