40Summary:
The Dietary Utility Aide is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. The Dietary Utility Aide will perform a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dish machine, dish room and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred.
Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer.
Certification/Licensure:
Must have City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card prior to employment.
Card must be current at all times during employment.
