Full Job Description

Position Overview

The Digital Designer is responsible for assisting with the design of projects for digital by executing creative solutions that deliver on strategy and align with global campaigns and initiatives. This includes but is not limited web site, email banners, and CRM collateral. This individual will provide support on all projects from conception through completion by partnering with Art Directors, licensing team, copy team, brand management, production team and other creative managers. 

Key Accountabilities 

Graphic Design

  • Partner closely and provide support to Art Directors on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the design of site, email and clientelling assets.
  • Assist in generating new concepts for internally developed initiatives as well as execute against approved concepts.
  • Build comp and presentation materials as needed.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards and rationale while challenging the status quo.

Creative Research

  • Explore and present new ideas including trends in advertising, graphics, typography, trends in ecommerce design.
  • Regularly research the luxury goods market.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues to further enhance Tiffany branding.

Communication

  • Present and communicate work to department leaders.
  • Collaborate and share information with cross-departmental partners as needed.

Required Qualifications 

  • 3 years+ of professional experience.
  • Digital design background.
  • Strong typography skills.
  • High taste level and standards.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Must know Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a must).
  • Strong technical skills (comping and presentation prep).

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a BA in Graphic Design.
  • Knowledge of animation programs and figma is preferred.
  • Social design experience preferred.
  • Editorial experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is from $77,010-$104,190. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
