About This Opportunity
- Monitor, maintain and update product supply contracts including RINS and LCFS/ Cap and Trading.
- Process bulk supply Deal Sheets and Contracts in OSA (spot deals, bulk and pipeline purchases, ethanol purchases, etc.)
- Update Deal Sheet tracker
- Assist Fuels Accounting and FS&T with research of unreconciled items such as misloads
- Work closely with Fuels Accounting and research price variances, communicate with various fuel suppliers and drive resolution
- Update Pricing Formulas in PDI accounting system including Addendums from various branded suppliers
- Perform New Terminal set up and create Pricing formula to comply with the contract pricing
- Maintain Contract Log, file new contracts and keep the log up to date
- Special Projects as assigned - KeyVu BOL Recon
- Manage and maintain RINs and LCFS/ Cap and Trade filings with state and federal agencies
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree preferred
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2+ years
- Strong ability to identify, execute and capture opportunities
- Strong Organizational, analytical, project management and leadership skills
- Strong ability to prioritize responsibilities and work with cross functional groups
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
