Position Responsibilities:
The General Manager oversees Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising for their facility, ensuring performance goals are met and working with the Market Unit President to drive business results
As the General Manager, you will lead the execution of the company’s long-term strategy and achieve the annual operating plan and budget
You will communicate and collaborate with customers, franchise partners, and distributors to ensure service reliability and accuracy
You will ensure alignment of cross-functional team plans and strategies, and maintain strong end-to-end supply chain practices
You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety, and address emerging business needs to enhance operational results
You will leverage consumer insights and innovation strategies to drive market opportunities, improve margins, and generate business growth
You will manage talent attraction, development, and retention, and collaborate with HR on labor relations and performance management
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
