Full Job Description
1.Leave of absence management including FMLA, ADA, TRD and worker's compensation. Process all revelant forms and track as required.
2. Manage procedures for return to work light duty; Assist employees in the process.
3. Manage and track yearly physicals for all sworn employees .
4. Prepare weekly status reports for the Command Staff.
5. Handle all Human Resource related situations that arise within the department.
6. Review and track all OSHA related incidents and submit the yearly report.
7. Other duties as assigned.
