Incomplete Case Specialist:
Responsible for the investigation, determining the root causes, and the resolution of Incomplete Cases due to process adherence and system related issues.
Your role:
Monitors reports for incomplete cases and processes incomplete cases to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
Independently communicates with internal & external customer regarding complex purchase order requests and billing accuracy.
Accurately performs case resolution and verification through monitoring reports with no assistance.
Investigating and researching internal system errors that would otherwise prohibit billable revenue.
Incomplete team is an end-to-end auditing and resolution team.
This team requires critical thinking to solve holes and system issues in the end to end process.
Accurately and timely creates customer quotes
The stakeholders are as follows. Field, Parts, Finance, Planning, Frontline, Billing, Installed base, Contracts, and customer care.

You've acquired 2+ years’ experience in related field or Education Equivalent
Your skills include investigation, ability to help gather data and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $18.85 to $27.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
