Job Summary
FordDirect is looking to hire an Intern within the Field Operations team for our Summer 2025 Internship Program. This position will provide exposure to Salesforce CRM, automotive dealerships, and miscellaneous responsibilities supporting FordDirect’s sales consultants. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain real-world, business experience on a Field Operations team.
This will be a full-time, paid position based in Dearborn, MI
Hybrid: Intern will be required to work in the Dearborn, MI office every Tuesday and Wednesday
Duration: June 9th through August 13th, 2025
Essential Functions
- Attend FordDirect’s New Employee Orientation program
- Assist the team representative on variety of tasks such as meetings, analyzing data, presentations, and interacting with employees
- Work on data cleansing, comparing, and editing data
- Digital file organizing, archiving, naming
- Assist with special projects within the Field Operations function using various business/office applications
Learning Opportunities
- Gain knowledge working for a Digital Marketing Company within the automotive industry
- Obtain experience with time management, project organization and prioritization, and team collaboration
- Hands-on data and file management
- Documenting project requests
- Attending business meetings
- Written and verbal business communications and presentation skills development
