Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements.
- Develop innovative and considerate proposals to meet clients' needs.
- Solve intricate customer queries with creative solutions that meet their budget.
- Maintain regular communication with the client throughout the sales cycle and serve as a valuable resource for them.
- Design, plan, schedule, and oversee advanced construction projects.
- Create and showcase attractive, sustainable outdoor environments.
- Demonstrate responsibility, creativity, and high-quality work to junior team members.
- Tasked with securing and implementing 25 to 30 projects annually.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in landscape design with a robust portfolio.
- Proven record of securing and implementing 15+ projects annually.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Expertise in understanding and delivering on customers' visions.
- Proficiency in landscape CAD design (experience with PRO Landscape or Land FX is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of design principles and a commitment to ongoing education.
- Experience with local horticulture, landscape materials, and construction techniques.
- Valid Washington driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation details: 60000-95000 Yearly Salary
