Full Job Description
Note:
- The position is Onsite (No work from Home).
- Position: Equipment Operator 1 (Mailroom Clerk)
- Industry: Banking/Financial Services
- Job duration: 3 - 6 months (Possible extension)
- Location: Tukwila, WA 98188 (Onsite)
- Working Schedule: Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed (7 AM - 3:30 PM Pacific Standard Time)
- Pay Range: $19 - 21/hour
- Attention to detail, ability to shift priorities as workflow changes, ability to perform and conduct themselves in a professional environment.
- Production based environment.
- The staff remains until work is done. This can be a shorter or longer day. The expectation is that they can stay later.
- Lunches and breaks need to be taken.
- Primarily scanning and imaging, they work on a machine called Falcon Red, which opens mail and is responsible for extracting the mail.
- This is all done on one machine in a fluid motion.
- It is important to be professional, this is discussed in the training they receive.
- It's a bonus if they have mailroom experience.
- Everyone is cross-trained.
