What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of work performed by Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Engage with partners and take full responsibility for partnership projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and partners.
- Develop and manage budgets for partnership properties at both micro and macro levels, guiding them through the approval process.
- Interface with senior management personnel.
- Execute special projects and analyses as directed.
- Support the annual and long-term strategic planning processes at the property level.
- Prepare, analyze, and develop financial reports for planning, forecasting, trending, and variance analysis against actual business performance.
- Conduct business, financial, and operational analyses to influence results and support senior-level decision-making.
- Analyze properties' profit and loss statements to improve management decision-making by identifying performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide data on the achievement of financial objectives and analyze business issues and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly commentary, key company initiatives, business results, and analyses for senior management.
- Develop complex business scenario models.
- Assist in the development of Financial Analysts through knowledge transfer, skills training, and other support as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What you Bring:
- 4-7 years of experience with of financial analysis in real estate
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or mathematics required.
- Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Argus.
Compensation commensurate based on experience. The range for this position can vary from $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 plus a 15% annual bonus potential.
