Reporting to the Sr. Director of DMO, you will lead a team of master data domain experts and collaborate with cross functional teams - including but not limited to Operations, Enterprise Procurement, Plant Finance, R&D, IT, and third parties. You will identify, prioritize and mobilize continuous improvement initiatives and leverage data insights to evaluate and enhance the "Health of the Service" provided by DMO to stakeholders.
You will:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Participate in strategy and business discussions to capture high-level needs and objectives.
Challenge the status quo with a "how might we" mindset, driving innovation.
Assess data quality measures, identify gaps, and recommend tools, techniques, and efficiencies.
Deliver actionable recommendations that balance technical solutions with functional use cases for end users.
Manage project plans, accounting for resources, timelines, and success criteria.
Relay project progress, key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and continued engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Employ critical thinking, agility, and resilience to overcome challenges and deliver results.
Identify opportunities to expand DMO services to additional business areas.
Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management and governance.
Lead quarterly business reviews with key technology partners.
Serve as a conflict resolution and escalation point for stakeholders.
Motivate and develop the team to deliver excellence and efficiency while driving continuous improvement.
Promote the development of business acumen within the team, fostering a deeper understanding of organizational goals, strategies, and the broader business context to enhance decision-making and impact.
Foster collaboration within the DMO by aligning resources and facilitating problem-solving across teams to drive cohesive and effective outcomes
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements and facilitating productive, solution-oriented discussions.
Partner with IT to evolve existing or deploy new technologies, ensuring thorough testing, validation, and seamless integration into existing systems to meet business needs effectively.
Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve IT tool-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
You Have:
Bachelor's Degree required
7+ years of relevant business experience in data management, project management, or CPG related fields
Proven ability to work in project-driven environments, managing multiple priorities effectively
Strong analytical, influence management, and team-building skills
Proficiency in project management with a track record of delivering results
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with onsite work in Omaha 3 days per week: Tues, Weds & Thurs. Remote days are Monday and Friday with the ability to flex dates
Availability for travel (approximately 10% of time)

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
