Summary:

This position will manage the engineering function.

Essential Functions:

• Lead an engineering teamto determine the most effective means of meeting goals and driving. continuousimprovement/operational excellence.
• Supportnewproduct development,product qualifications and new product launches.
• Prioritizeproject work andcapital budget recommendations.
• Supportquality system integration and compliance.
• Supportfacilities needs and growth and helpensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ yearsof engineeringexperience
• 4+ years supervisory experience
• Experience with leadingprojects
