Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play an important role on the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, tasked with managing complex financial analysis specific to Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) accounts. You will provide guidance to staff while working with partners. You will communicate actual results and forecasting to FP&A management and senior business leaders. Finally, individuals are active participants in key finance cross-functional initiatives and display a bias-for-action.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting process for SG&A expenses.
- Provide guidance, and developmental opportunities to direct reports.
- Present monthly/quarterly financial results and forecasts to senior business leaders for SG&A expenses. Provide insights into key financial drivers and make recommendations to leadership on areas of opportunities and investments.
- Enhance automation efforts and modernize reporting capabilities.
- Participate/lead cross-functional initiatives.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 6+ years of work experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with financial modeling and/or enhancing reporting systems
- Proven understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Critical Thinking: leverage analytics, benchmarking, and insights to generate meaningful strategies and solutions
- Business Partnering: proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Implement continuous process improvements

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
