Position Overview:
The Media Asset Associate (MAA) position supports the post-sale functions of the advertising sales team and is responsible to follow up on behalf of the Company to ensure that the sales of the advertising products and services are fulfilled to the customer as expected, or to get clarification of issues to assist in resolution. The MAA is a liaison between sales, traffic, production and business operations and is responsible for advertising copy management.

Position Responsibilities:
- Work as liaison between sales, traffic, digital operations and business operations to keep business moving in a timely manner.
- Process correspondence; maintain accurate files and records.
- Submit and process digital creative requests.
- Manage linear and digital creative assets and advertising copy.
- Manage linear and digital advertising copy revisions.
- Participate in collaborative process with sales, traffic, digital operations and business operations to deliver 1st in class customer service.
- Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to two years general office/clerical experience.
- Good working knowledge of advertising functions and terms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with computer software and technology.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described.
