Position: Windows Systems Engineer (must have active TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance)

Location: Fully onsite, M-F (Fort Belvoir, VA)

Duration: 6 months, contract to hire with our client

Pay Rate Range: $65-75/hr., W2

Project Description:

Microsoft Systems Engineer with 8+ years of industry experience to join our team to improve the customers experience through a reliable and robust enabling of a Microsoft domain to support a mission focused customer.

• Interacts with the team daily to deliver reliable and robust Microsoft services along with applications.

• Communicates with the team lead, design group and other teammates to deliver the technical services.

• Able to work on a team that supports a mission focused customer with high expectations.

• Designs, deploys, and supports Microsoft domain services and applications enabling exceptional user experiences.

• Utilizes technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and grit to solve challenging operational requirements.

Active Directory (AD) experience – mid to senior level - must be able to apply and maintain GPO

MS Exchange - Mailbox migrations

MS Server - Infrastructure updates & general server maintenance – patching, administering roles, etc.

**There will be an IT modernization to Windows 2022, so that will be helpful if you have been a part of a upgradation project.**

Required Technical Skills:

• Security+, Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Server Administration

Security Clearance Level:

• TS/SCI

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Communication, problem solving, attention to detail, customer service

Preferred Skills:

• CASP, CISSP, CCNA
