Description:This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

The Work:
This position includes responsibilities as the finance analyst for the VTESS (Vehicle Tactical Engagement Simulation System) program within our Maritime and Land Training market segment, as well as the FP&A lead for the Maritime and Land Training market segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, establishment, tracking of program financial management & forecasts, quarterly CSRs (Contract Status Reviews), monthly Earned Value Management, the development of ETCs, and developing inputs for and updating status against Long Range Plans in Hyperion. This role will include support for various financial reviews such as Balance Sheet reviews and monthly program reviews. The candidate will analyze the program's financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations on performance and recommended financial CSR/LRP positions. The candidate will be expected to successfully partner with Program Management, Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Planning team members as they act as the financial leadership for the VTESS contract.
FP&A responsibilities will include monthly and quarterly data roll-ups, evaluation and presentation, providing support to the Maritime and Land Training Bus Ops manager in various presentations and data analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc.

Some other specific tasks are weekly manpower reporting; monthly cost/schedule variance analysis and reporting; updating monthly outlooks; providing EAC/CEAC analysis; identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to contain program cost exposure; working directly with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to develop and maintain contract budget baselines; Budget Change Request (BCR) analysis and incorporation into financial tools; interface with Master Planning/Scheduling staff as needed in order to properly integrate cost and schedule; participate in baseline reviews and program and customer reviews; forecasting and status accurate billing to the customer.

Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and communicate financial status effectively
- Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash mgmt, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience with Earned Value analysis
- Detail-oriented

- Working knowledge of EVM Processes and tools
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in various tools such as: SAP, Cobra, Hyperion
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application to the program including EV metrics & reporting familiarity.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
