UpgradingNMSto version 2.6 to provide a current and stable operational platform until the GPC transition to SoCo ADMS is complete. Oracle NMS (TCMS) is the system of record for all operations on the Electrical Distribution System. It is used for all switching, safety documents, outage management, performance metrics, and customer communication. Premier support of NMS version 2.3 expires at the end of 2021 and extended support expires in 2024.
In addition to the above, we are implementing OAU(Oracle Utilities Analytics) and OMA (Analytics Mobile App) - OUA must be in place with NMS, OMA can be implemented post-NMS go live. The bodies of work:

- Strong stakeholder management
- Focused on the PM "BASICS" - schedule, scope, cost, go-live, etc.
- Ability to read the room
- SDLC knowledge
- Partner with TO and the Business
- System knowledge is a plus
