Role Overview
Legend Biotech is seeking a Quality Systems Intern as part of the Quality Systems team based in Raritan, NJ for our 2025 Summer Internship Program, which will run from June 9th, 2025, to August 15th, 2025. The Quality Systems Intern will work with the quality systems and document management teams to learn and support their day-to-day functions. They will also help to identify and implement process improvements related to quality systems processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support record retention room activities
- Support printing and issuance of logbooks
- Support CAPA timeliness activities
- Generate investigation metrics
- Support the facilitation of Investigation Review Board meetings
- Support other quality systems tasks as needed
- Identify process improvements for quality systems processes
- Work cross-functionally to implement identified improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program
- GxP Quality System knowledge, including relevant regulations and guidances (e.g. 21 CFR, ICH Q10, EU GDP/GMP. Part11/Annex11) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible and highly motivated with strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
