Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $91,285.15 yearly.
To allow for growth and salary progression the full salary range is $91,285.15 - $124,969.28 annually. Employees will have the opportunity to move through the posted range based on annual performance reviews and merit increases.

Position Information
Under the direction of the assigned Manager, the Safety and Security Supervisor is responsible for administering the Parks and Recreation Safety and Security policies and procedures. This includes supervision of the Park Guide Program, serving as the primary liaison between Parks and Recreation and our contracted safety and security services, and developing and maintaining established policies and procedures are ensuring they are implemented, documented, and evaluated.

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:
