Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference as a Senior Asset Manager.
This important role will be responsible for a portfolio of properties within central Virginia. The role will analyze financial indicators resulting in an evaluation of financial strengths/weaknesses that affect Virginia Housing’s security in the assigned portfolio. This involves the review of proforma projections, monthly financial data, annual operating budgets, and annual audited financial statements for Virginia Housing-financed properties.

To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Several years of experience in the real estate, asset management, or financial services field
- Knowledge of real estate analysis, asset management, and/or property management practices
- Ability to perform physical property inspections
- A valid Driver’s License
The ideal candidate would also have:
- Industry designations such as the CAM or CPM are preferred.
- Knowledge of the HUD Project Based Section 8 Program

Hiring Range: $92-886 – $120,751
