Our global brand experience agency client located in North Carolina seeks a full-time, direct hire, Sr. Project Manager, Branding to join their Golf-focused team in a direct hire capacity!
This role has room to grow and expand with the company.

This role will typically be onsite in Charlotte, NC 4 days/week and WFH Fridays depending on projects and bandwidth. There will also be times working onsite at events which will count towards days in office.
Sr. Project Manager, Branding Role:
- Oversee signage and branding projects from concept thru completion
- Act as main point of contact for clients
- Manage advance planning of complex logistics
- Communicate and manage deadlines, ensuring key dates and milestones are met
- Work closely with VP to monitor, control and accurately price projects
- Understand, develop and manage clients objectives, priorities and expectations
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to oversee resource allocation/capacity
This Sr. Project Manager, Branding Has:
- Minimum 6 years Project Management experience specific to Branding and Signage
- Previous Experiential, Live Event, Sports and/or Entertainment experience
- Strong sense of project ownership and accountability
- Strong relationship management, ability to negotiate with and influence decision makers
- Experience taking the financial lead on projects and client accounts, managing budgets and cost control
- Experience managing high volume of projects and prioritizing and delegating accordingly
- Comfortable working with and managing cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, adapt quickly and provide clear direction
- Ability to travel to events for set up and tear down
