We want to find an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator for our Customer Transformation business domain. This position can be located in Waltham, MA, Brooklyn, NY, Hicksville, NY, or Syracuse, NY (candidates may also reside in either Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Maine). What you'll do
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for the daily production support and ongoing development and configuration of the Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include the following:
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks included but not limited to user and license management, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, and process automation with process builder and Flows.
- Provide end user production support, solve business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system.
- Collaborate with salesforce administrators and developers to implement customizations and solutions when necessary.
- Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.
- Manage data quality, data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features and assess their impact on the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Develop relationships that promote trust and increase efficiency and effectiveness
About you
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or in related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrative experience for 500+ users.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- 5+ years of end user production support experience.
- Strong salesforce product knowledge of Service cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
- Experience in creating business requirements, technical requirements, use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, and gap analysis.
- Basic Apex and LWC development experience.
- Experience creating and implementing Salesforce best-practices for the salesforce platform.
- Experience with enhanced optimizer, field service lightning and mule would be a plus.

Dowstate NY $105,000 - $123,000 a year
Massachusetts $98,000 - $115,000 a year
Upstate NY$87,000 - $102,000 a year
Salary is commensurate with experience and location
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
