Service Contracts Team Lead:
Lead and support the Service Contracts team to drive operational excellence, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with corporate policies to meet business goals effectively.
Your role:
Assist the manager in daily operations, workload management, and achieving team objectives while facilitating continuous improvement through LEAN initiatives and fiscal close activities.
Mentor and train new hires, providing guidance on complex contract requirements, compliance with corporate policies, and decision-making to support team success.
Oversee daily management activities, monitor performance metrics, and track and report group statistics to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Act as a liaison between team members and leadership, handling escalations, driving employee engagement, and addressing performance and operational challenges.
Lead strategic planning initiatives, contribute to vision and goal setting, and ensure consistent communication of contract policies and practices to internal and external stakeholders.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in sales support, proposal development, or contract operations, with proven expertise in leading and mentoring teams.
Your skills include strong leadership, decision-making, organizational excellence, and expertise in contract analysis, compliance, and Philips Healthcare service portfolios.
You have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
You’re passionate about customer experience and operational excellence, with excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an effective multitasker, able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver outstanding support to internal partners and external customers.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $22.25 to $33.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
