Schedule: WED-SAT 3PM-1AM
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the following technologies and issues:
- TDM (Time Division Multiplexing)
- CAS/Analog/SIP fax lines
- Ethernet Over Copper (EOC)
- Call quality/audio troubleshooting
- Call routing failures
- Hard downs
- Fax issues
- Assess candidates specific hands-on experience with the listed technologies.
- Ensure call quality and resolve audio issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve call routing failures and hard downs.
- Address and resolve fax-related issues.
- Proven experience with TDM, CAS/Analog/SIP fax lines, Ethernet Over Copper (EOC), call quality/audio troubleshooting, call routing failures, hard downs, and fax issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
