Sr Customer Support Management Professional

As a Sr Customer Support Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping efforts to deliver outstanding support to our OEM partners, channel partners and end operators, enhancing the customer experience.
You will report directly to our Sr Director of Customer Experience, and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring exceptional customer support experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role supports Business & General Aviation in the America's and is aligned with the Aftermarket Americas Customer Business Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Honeywell's customers, including channel partners, OEM aircraft manufacturers and Business and General Aviation aircraft operators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Honeywell teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide a point of escalation to our customers and guidance to the supporting Honeywell organization, demonstrating a deep understanding of aerospace systems and solutions
- Manage and optimize customer support resources to meet business objectives
