Position Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with management systems and training across manufacturing plants, aligning with company standards and ISO, KORE, NAOU, and FSSC requirements while driving Quality Program capabilities and best-in-class execution
• Develop strategies to support short term compliance and execution driving long term stability and improvements
• Develop Manufacturing Documentation and Training Manager and standardize the company’s training and documentation programs.
• Support the development of the plants’ Quality Programming capabilities by increasing multi-plant leadership awareness of Integrated Management System (IMS) status and pending changes based on ISO, Government Accountability Office (GAO) and/or company requirements
• Manage and execute internal audits in all plants to develop gap assessments and corrective actions to maintain and improve effectiveness and efficiency of the IMS from an operational and compliance perspective
• Review plant audit results to identify the severity of audit findings to ensure the appropriate level of action is taken to eliminate non-conformance
• Travel up to 75% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus of people management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 years of specific experience with 7 plus years of people management experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree
• Lean, Six Sigma certification
