JOB SUMMARY
This role will report to the Senior Director of Learning & Inclusion and collaborate with the rest of the People & Culture team to deliver exceptional employee experience at scale and serve our team’s needs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in learning & development, have a passion for inclusive practices, managing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and events while delivering outstanding service and partnership with collaborators and stakeholders alike.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the LPGA's Learning & Development Programs by assisting in scheduling and evaluation of training programs for staff.
• Assist in the creation of training materials including LinkedIn Learning modules, presentations, and facilitator guides tailored to specific training needs.
• Track employee progress and outcomes of training programs, maintaining up-to-date records, surveys, and reports.
• Support in the execution of People & Culture events, i.e., front desk job support, fairs, orientation, employee experience and employee wellness events, etc.
• Assist in the development and execution of various projects and in the completion of all office duties as delegated by the People & Culture team.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• This position is part-time (up to 29 hours/week) and requires the ability to work remotely up to 75% of the time with 25% in-person office duties, as needed.
• Background in Curriculum and Learning & Development is preferred.
• Experience and proficiency in working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• High level of interpersonal/ social skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information while demonstrating poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to build trust to work independently.
• Team player that embraces and celebrates the synergy of a diverse team.
